　　定義：是電報(bào)放貨的簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)。通過(guò)電子報(bào)文或者電子信息形式把提單信息發(fā)送至目的港船公司，收貨人可憑加蓋電放章的提單電放件和電放保函進(jìn)行換單提貨。船公司通知目的港代理放貨，而不需要正本提單，只要證明自己是收貨人和被電放人，就可以提貨。

　　定義：船公司出具的正本提單。是一種物權(quán)憑證,收貨人據(jù)此提取貨物,它可以背書(shū)轉(zhuǎn)讓,是一種重要的單據(jù)；SHIPPER會(huì)從貨代拿到正本提單，掃描給CNEE后，安排付款，SHIPPER再將整套提單快遞郵寄給CNEE，CNEE憑正本提單換提貨單提貨；海運(yùn)提單用的多一些。

　　三、SWB（海運(yùn)單）：

　　定義：SEA WAYBILL的簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)，是提單的一種放單形式。一旦出了SWB,貨權(quán)就從SHIPPER轉(zhuǎn)移到CNEE了，也就是說(shuō)CNEE可以直接去提貨，SWB提貨不需要正本，也不需要電放費(fèi)，對(duì)于信任的公司可以采用這種放貨形式。

　　優(yōu)勢(shì)：在于出單快，提貨快，方便，快捷。
